F.A.Q.

Why does tuition remain the same for the months RDC is closed for vacations (Thanksgiving, Holiday, February, April)?

Tuition is based on the entire dance program, which is split into even monthly payments. Tuition is not based on how many classes are held per month.

Why can't I come into the classroom during class to watch my child?

It is distracting to both students and instructors to have parents in the studio room. It is important for students to learn to work independently and with their instructor. You may always observe your child's progress through our viewing windows and on our TV monitors providing live feed.

Why does my child need to follow a dress code for every class?

A dress code allows instructors to see the dancer's body alignment and positioning. It helps create a professional environment in every class, allowing students to learn discipline and focus their energy on training.

What are the differences between RDC's Performance Level classes and the Company?

The Performance Level is a great choice for students who are looking to dance for fun or don't have a lot of time in their schedule for classes. Our Performance Level classes are instructed by professional teachers who will make sure students are learning proper technique and receiving great training. Our Company is for students who choose dance as their main extra-curricular activity and are looking for a pre-professional level of training. Students may join the Company by invitation or audition. A certain number of classes are required to be eligible for the Company.

Whom do I contact if I have a question about my child's class placement?

Please contact the director, Nicole Kelley, with any questions. We are always happy to make appointments to discuss your child.
